Balthazar, the god of war, blessed me when I was young. Though trouble may follow me, I overcome it with ferocity. I grew up among the nobility, and I value my honor. I've made something of myself, and the only thing I regret is that I turned down a chance to perform in the circus. I'm a warrior, and I wear no helm on the battlefield. Because of this, my enemies falter when they see the fearless determination in my eyes.

Notes
Orpheus' ancestors are the infamous Orpheus Soulhelm and Rose Farradon. Having inherited the first Orpheus Soulhelm's ability to make a mess of anything he touches, Orpheus himself has become quite a nuisance to the people of Lion's Arch. Although his ancestors were both casters, Orpheus has followed the path of the warrior.
Orpheus currently wears Knights armour and trinkets. For the time being he favours a greatsword, rifle and dual axes.
He can quite often be found exploring the ancient Ascalonian Catacombs where he hopes to find out more about his family line. It was rumoured that the original Orpheus Soulhelm may have frequented the Catacombs during his duties as a Monk. He also hopes to find information regarding the location of the fabled Blackblade once kept in the original Defenders of the Blackblade Guild Hall. So far his search has been fruitless other than a scrap of paper supposedly written by a Griphyne of Nor stating that the Blackblade is behind the door.
Whilst he may not be as reliable or as skillful as some of the more established warriors in the guild, Orpheus is loyal and quick to fight for those he deems as friends.
There have been reports that he is often followed by a plush Griffon named Griphyne, this may be a reference to the Griphyne of Nor from legends past.
